Do you know what Bach Flower Remedies are?
Created in the 1930s by Dr. Edward Bach, flower therapy is part of integrative complementary medicine. Since 1976, it has been recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) as an auxiliary therapy in the treatment of various diseases. Flower remedies can be used in a safe and natural way, and have no side effects or contraindications. And in 2006, ANVISA implemented flower therapy in the SUS (Unified Health System) as complementary and integrative medicine.
Bach flower remedies act on our vibrational field, raising our energetic frequency and leaving it at a healthy frequency level for longer (around 65 MHz). Therefore, it is not belief, but science!
"Illness is a crystallization of an emotional state in disharmony" (Bach, 2006)
The Bach flower system is made up of 38 flower essences, each of which helps to treat and deal with different emotional states or personality characteristics. Flower remedies help the body itself seek healing, by strengthening self-confidence, combating fear, anxiety and excessive worry, for example.
The main point of flower therapy is not to treat the disease, but rather the emotional state that generated the imbalance. Negative thinking generates a negative emotion. This negative emotion generates an energetic imbalance, which, when not “treated”, turns into physical illness, as we know it.
The therapist combines the essences according to each patient's needs, with a maximum of seven different essences being able to be mixed.
But what if I need more than seven essences?
Most likely you will need more than seven essences, but first let's take care of the emotion or emotions that are most evident, most intense. And with this “peeling of emotion”, as if it were “peeling an onion”, we begin to deal with the emotions that were most “hidden”.
