My name is Simone Dealtry, businesswoman, founder of the LOKRAM brand, flower scientist and flower therapist, PhD in Microbiology. Passionate about the processes of the body and nature, and also about the physical, emotional, mental and energetic healing that mother-earth offers us.
I built a solid career as a scientist: doctorate in Microbiology at the Technical University of Branschweig (TUB), I did two post-doctorates, one in Germany, by the TUB, related to the recycling and transformation of organic waste (garbage) into biogas and another in Brazil, at PUC-Rio, related to the microbiology of biogas production. I was able to add to the academic knowledge the training in floral therapy and energy rebalancing through chakra alignment techniques, by the Ahau Institute in São Paulo.
I have written numerous scientific articles in recognized international journals. Training in microbiology and natural cosmetology, combined with dedication and competence, is the basis for ensuring the quality of the production of natural cosmetics with Bach flowers from Lokram.
I always felt that I contributed a lot to my work, but I had the need to help people more closely. I decided, especially after becoming a mother, that I would transform the lives of other mothers and their babies through Bach's florals.
From then on, I created Lokram, which means Alignment of Women's Chakras. Lokram has an innovative proposal for the care of mothers and children in early childhood. Since my training as a floral therapist, I have been helping mothers and women to sleep better, treating insomnia, anxiety, agitated mind, fatigue, physical and emotional overload, guilt, hurt, helping the management of emotions, self-knowledge and the encounter with the purpose of life.
My academic background allows me to provide scientific support to my work as a floral therapist: the scientific bases are present in each Lokram product, ensuring quality at all stages of production.

In 2009, when Arthur was two and a half years old, my son Lorenzo was born in a beautiful and planned home birth. The brother participated in everything, which I consider was fundamental for him to receive his brother with more affection, lovingness and less jealousy. After all, he watched the whole process, he saw "where his brother came from" and that he started to have the perception that he was part of his mother as well.
Lorenzo's birth was the last straw for me to start my career transition. Just 25 days after Lorenzo's birth, in one of those time-consuming and deserved baths of newly born, a vegan and organic German hand cream, fell on my head, literally. He fell from the shelf in the bathroom straight to the "coco" here. And at this very moment, at the most unlikely time, I thought "That's it, I want to work with natural, organic, vegan creams! But that they are different, that they help people in a deeper way, in a therapeutic way, that also works the emotional." That was the second certainty I had. Until this moment I didn't know Bach's florals.
When Lorenzo completed 3 months of life, I was feeling very overwhelmed, tired, and with a very intense need for creation, to start materializing the ideas about the production of therapeutic cosmetic creams. So I had my first contact with flower therapy. This was a milestone in my life as a mother of two and in my professional life. The positive transformation was so profound, that I began to feel much more balanced and more and more clearly about which professional direction to take from then on, and the feeling of encounter with the purpose of life. This whole process lasted about 6 months. And since then, I have never stopped using Bach's florals, on the contrary, I extended it to the whole family: children, husband, parents, brother, aunts, mother-in-law and sister-in-law!
And the dream began to come true. In August 2020, I launched my first line of therapeutic cosmetics, with 6 types of natural moisturizing creams with Bach florals: cream for labor; cream for babies and children in transition phases (dentition, unfralde, weaning, etc.); cream for babies and children who are going through situations of loss (mourning and separation); body moisturizing cream to assist in sleep and reduce mental agitation; moisturizing cream for the body and face with specific floral formula (prescribed after consultation); anti-wrinkle, anti-acne and whitening facial moisturizing cream. In the midst of a worldwide coronavirus pandemic, which mainly affected the emotions of many women, mothers in particular, who found themselves overloaded with multifunctions of taking care of children 24 hours a day, performing household chores and still handling homeoffice work, Lokram's creams arrived to re-establish the emotional balance of mothers and children, and at the same time taking care of the skin, making it more beautiful and healthy.
